Q: What is vaporising? - A: The process of converting a compound from a liquid or solid state to the gaseous state. (i.e vapor)
Q: Are your products guaranteed? - A: Yes, each vaporiser comes with either 1-3 years guarantee depending on manufacturer.
Q: What happens if my vaporiser developes a fault? - A: Contact the manufacturer as once we have sold it, it then becomes the manufacturers responsibility regarding warranty issues.
Q: How long does shipping take? - A: Depending where you are located in the world and what payment method you choose (cheques can take at least 10 days to clear on the other hand postal orders, bank transfers and cash are much quicker and this all adds to the time) it can take anything from a couple of days to a month. We usually suggest you allow 28 days from placing your order before contacting us about lost or missing shipments.
Q: How much will shipping cost me? - A: This depends where you are in the world, please see here.
What type of currency and payment do you accept? - A: Currently we are only accepting cheques, postal orders, bank transfers and cash. As for currency all are prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. How do you send out my order? - A: All orders are discreetly packaged and labelled.
